Aquarius

The Sign of Aquarius runs from about January 21st to February 19th depending upon the year. Aquarius is an air sign, which is to say, Aquarians tend to experience life from a social/intellectual perspective. The quality of Aquarius is Fixed, meaning that they tend to be set in their opinions. The body parts associated with Aquarius are the ankles.

The "Ruling Planet" of Aquarius is Uranus. It is interesting to note that the planet itself lives up to the Aquarian ideal of daring to be unique. It is the only planet in the solar system to rotate sideways and backwards. Also it is the only planet with a Greek rather then Roman name.

The last thing any Aquarian wants is to be in a rut, and so they try to liven up their daily routine a bit. They figure, why settle for the mediocre when you can strive for the best. The Aquarian is the crazy inventor herself. They are also quite eccentric. They are fascinated by anything out of the ordinary. It doesn't even matter how practical or impractical it is. If it's unique, they have to have it or at least take a look at it. Aquarians are the trendsetters of the zodiac. They will try something before most people even know it exists. The Aquarian is also very much ahead of her time. They often will speak to others as if it's a tedious process because the rest of mankind is so dimwitted in comparison. Sometimes Aquarians feel like they are visiting Earth from another planet and that they don't even belong here. They often feel quite out of place and at odds with the rest of the world.

If you want to receive love from an Aquarian then you have to understand their need for their independence and not feel threatened by it. If the Aquarian finds the right partner, they can be very devoted to this person and very true. Aquarius is a fixed sign, so they are resistant to change. Therefore, once they find somebody who they are comfortable with, no easy feet, they are quite likely to stay with this person for the rest of their lives. The trouble with the Aquarian when it comes to love is that they will sometimes sacrifice their personal relationships to pursue what they consider to be the greater good.

At work, the Aquarian is clever and original. They usually excel at anything they do. Plus, they are also very creative. Because of how diverse they are, they can do just about anything from the arts to science to finance. They are also very good at humanitarian pursuits. Oprah Winfrey is a perfect example of this trait. At their jobs, Aquarians will always try to come up with innovative ways to do things. The Aquarian is without a doubt one of the most interested and unusual signs. They may seem a little odd to us normal people, but once we get to know them we discover just how truly amazing they really are.
